Electrical Connections

  • The wires that are on the left are the gray, purple, and orange wires. Refer to page 9 (Electrical Connections) in the manual for wiring instructions.

  • The other 3 wires on the right are brown, blue, and green/yellow. Refer to page 8 (Electrical Connections) in the manual.

The pump is very loud, is this normal?

  • It should be at 21 decibels.   

  • Ensure there are no blockages in the tank or within the screen.  

  • Verify there are no kinks in the line.   

  • Check that it is getting the proper voltage.  

Is there any pump/receiver that can be used to transfer the condensate if the pumping distance is exceeded for EC-1K-DV?

  • Please switch to the VCL-45 Condensate. 

Are there fittings available to connect the hoses together?

  • There are fittings available, but they are to connect the hoses to the pump, not to each other.
